A MAN sadly died in Bridport today after emergency services responded to a 'medical incident' in Allington.
Police and paramedics were alerted and the Devon Air Ambulance was scrambled.
Dorset Police received a report at 7.57am this morning relating to a 'suspected medical incident' at an address in Orchard Avenue.
The force said officers attended the address, joined by the ambulance service and the air ambulance.
When the officers arrived, ambulance crews were attending to a man aged in his 50s.
Unfortunately, despite the efforts of paramedics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His death is not being treated as suspicious.
The man’s family has been informed and the coroner has also been notified.
