A FARMERS market is returning to Weymouth this weekend.
Weymouth Farmers and Makers Market will return to the town on Sunday, April 11, with stalls selling essential food items only.
The market will be open from 10am until 3pm on New Bond Street and will now be held on the second Sunday of every month.
A spokesman for the market said: "We're back this Sunday, April 11, with essential foot stalls only. Pop down and say hello. Don't forget to bring your own bags for your shopping."
A spokesman for Weymouth Town Council said: "As a result of huge support from the people of Weymouth, Weymouth Area Development Trust CIC has joined with Weymouth BID, Weymouth Town Council and Dorset Council to bring a farmers market back to Weymouth.
"It will be held every second Sunday of the month just outside Debenhams."
