Do any of these wonderful Dorset Councillors have any idea of the damage their ill-thought-out ideas have on the towns they are so intent on ruining?
Dorchester is meant to be the County Town of Dorset yet has hardly anything left worth coming to the town for, and just to bang yet another nail in its coffin, the powers that be decide to charge the many that would come into the ghost town on a Sunday for the car boot.
Do these people really believe that they are worth their extremely high wages?
Any person with one brain cell would realise that killing off the towns will stop any income and no income means no overpaid councillors.
If only the people thinking up these idiotic, greedy ideas had as much common sense as pounds in their bank accounts our towns might stand a chance of thriving like they all used to.
Our town centre or Weymouth’s etc. are not on the same scale as Bournemouth or Poole so stop assuming we are able to pay your wages.
Leave the free parking on a Sunday and take a pay cut to get some money back.
