DAVID WILLIAM HAMMOND, aged 36, of Walker Crescent, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle on Belfield Park Avenue when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in blood, namely 7 micrograms of that drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit. Fined £92 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

ELIJAH LA-CROIX, aged 25, of Hardwick Street, Weymouth. Admitted being in possession of 4.66 grams of a class B drug, namely herbal cannabis, at Weymouth railway station forecourt. Fined £80 and to pay costs of £40. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

JORDAN PHILIP MARK ALLEN, aged 24, of St Mary Street, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle on Weymouth Esplanade after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Also admitted at same location driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance. MARTYN STEWART HANNAFORD, also known as MARTYN STEWART HANNIFORD, aged 41, of Rodwell Road, Weymouth. Admitted using a vehicle on Hawkesworth Close, Weymouth without third party insurance. No separate penalty. Also admitted driving a vehicle at same location after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 125 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
