POLICE are investigating a criminal damage incident after a fire was started at a Dorset football club.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a reported anti-social behaviour incident this afternoon.
It is reported that a fire was started at Gillingham Football Club at around 3pm.
A spokesman for North Dorset Police said: "Fire started in the dug out at the football club on Sunday May 2 at approximately 3pm.
"We are checking CCTV and speaking to potential witnesses."
Anyone with information is asked to report it by calling 101.
