Cannabis and cannabis plants have been seized after police raided a house in Chickerell.
Officers visited the house yesterday after receiving reports the Class B drug was being grown there.
A spokesman for Weymouth & Portland Police said: "Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team attended an address in Chickerell as a result of community intelligence, regarding the possible cultivation of cannabis.
"Whilst at the address, officers located a small number of cannabis plants growing in an outbuilding. A quantity of cannabis and cannabis plants have been seized. Enquiries continue.
