A WOMAN has gone missing with her two children, and police are appealing to the public for help to find them.

Dorset Police received a report at around 12.50am this morning raising concern for the welfare of Kirsty Gilbert-Gold, who has just left an address in South Western Court in Poole with her 14-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son.

Kirsty, aged 40, who lives in Bournemouth, is described as white, five feet nine inches tall and of slim build with black wavy hair. She was wearing a purple hat, white-framed glasses, a black hooded coat with a fur-trimmed hood, black Lycra bottoms and black Nike trainers.

Chief Inspector Jamie Clark, of Dorset Police, said: “We are concerned for Kirsty’s welfare and are keen to locate her and make sure that she and her children are safe.

“We have been carrying out searches in the Poole and Bournemouth areas and I would urge anyone with information as to her whereabouts, or who sees a woman matching the description given with two children, to please contact us.

“I would also urge Kirsty, if you see this, to please make contact with us or your family and let us know where you and the children are as we just want to ensure all of you are all right.”
