TWO Dorset homes have won planning permission to install swimming pools.
At Incombe Head, Blandford Road, Melbury Abbas a swimming pool and glazed enclosure has been approved by Dorset Council.
The spa pool is 4.25m x 3m with a glazed steel frame enclosure 8 x 6m set on decking which would be to the south of the house and screened by trees and hedges.
The other approved pool application is for the Old Rectory at Ryme Intrinseca where a single storey extension has been requested to house an indoor pool, set alongside an existing garage and close to a tennis court.
