CARL SCOTT BAKER, aged 34, of Lynch Lane, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle on Preston Road, Weymouth, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath was 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. SHANE DOUGLAS BRECCINI, also known as DAVID CHRISTIAN BRECCINI, aged 39, of Charles Street, Weymouth. Admitted at Trinity Street, Weymouth, with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him or whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for 6 months and rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay compensation of £200.
