A MAJOR route in Weymouth has reopened after being shut by police since noon.
Police closed the stretch of the Relief Road between between Jurassic Roundabout and Veasta Roundabout around 12pm today.
The closure was due to reports of concerns for the welfare of a woman who was on the wrong side of the rails of a bridge above the section of the Relief Road.
