A NUMBER of planning applications have been submitted to Dorset Council for the Weymouth and Portland area.
They include:
• Install fire and intruder alarm system, fire proof underside of staircase from ground to first floor, remove plaster/emulsion finish to party walls and outside walls to second floor south room, replaster and decorate, provide insulation to roof space and lay plywood at 3 Trinity Street, Weymouth
• Demolition of concrete breeze-block garage and storage annex and replace with smaller wooden structure and garden area at 176 Church Street, Weymouth
• Proposed single storey side extension, single storey rear extension and pitched roof dormer at 1 Rhosewood Drive, Weymouth
• Remove existing conservator and side extension and erect new extension at 20 West Street, Chickerell, Weymouth
• Make non-material amendment to planning application WD/D/15/001123 namely to move the building, lower level of ground floor, make changes to window positions and widths at 423B Chickerell Road Chickerell
• Alterations to surface material of a parking courtyard at Land at Bank And Ridge Farms To West Of School Hill, Chickerell
• Erect single and two storey rear extension at 32 King Street, Portland
