'We need to charge reckless people for the cost of the services rescuing them'
I do think that it is about time to start charging reckless people for the cost of the emergency services called to rescue them.
Quite often there are two or more ambulances attending scenes.
These are vehicles and teams who are not available should there be a genuine call for their services.
