Admitted at St Mary Street, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. No separate penalty. Also admitted using towards those persons, threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them, whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. To pay compensation of £150, victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £50. Also admitted assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police community support worker, acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker. Also admitted, at Weymouth custody, behaving in a violent manner in Weymouth Police Station. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement.
