A MAIN road is blocked after a lorry overturned on the A31.
The A31 is closed in both directions between the A350 Roundhouse Roundabout near Sturminster Marshall and the A35 Townsend Roundabout near Bere Regis due to a serious crash resulting in a overturned lorry which has shed its load.
Police and fire services are at the scene and the road is likely to remain closed until clean up and recovery work can be completed.

It is believed that traffic is diverting via the Upton Roundabout on the A35.
