Admitted driving a motor vehicle on B3164 Marshwood, Bridport, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely benzolycognine, in blood, namely 96ucgl, exceeded the specified limit.
Fined £120. To pay victim surcharge of £34, costs of £85. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

PETER MCDONALD, also known as PETER JOHN DAVID MCDONALD, aged 31, of HMP Guys Marsh Shaftesbury.
Admitted assaulting an emergency worker, namely a prison officer, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him.
Committed to prison for 16 weeks consecutive to sentence imposed on 07/10/2020. Reason: Offence so serious because of a deliberate attack on a public servant carrying out public duties, because serving prisoner. Overall length of sentence 16 weeks consecutive to current sentence.
To pay compensation of £50.
CHILAH MATHEW, also known as CHIRAH JAMAL MATTHEW, aged 27, of HMP Guys Marsh, Shaftesbury.
Admitted, without authority, possessed inside a prison, namely HMP Guys Marsh, a device capable of transmitting or receiving images, sounds or information by electronic communications, namely a Nokia mobile phone.
Committed to prison for 6 months consecutive to sentence imposed on 23/10/2020. Reason: Offence so serious because the defendant has a flagrant disregard for court orders, because he was in custody. Overall length of sentence 6 months consecutive to existing sentence. To pay victim surcharge of £128. Phone and charger to be forfeited and destroyed.
