MEMBERS of a nature conservation charity can access a free will writing service next month.
Dorset Wildlife Trust (DWT) has teamed up with several solicitors to offer its 26,800 members the opportunity to create or update their will for free in October. Charity bosses hope that service users will leave money to the trust in return for the service, although there is no obligation to do so.
Chief executive of DWT Brian Bleese said: “Our annual free will writing service is a great opportunity to support wildlife where you live for the future. This service helps raise awareness of how vital legacy fundraising is and what a significant part it plays in conserving Dorset’s precious wildlife.
"For our members who decide to use this service and leave a gift to the Trust, no matter how large or small, comfort can be taken in knowing that their legacy will help Dorset’s wildlife for many years to come."
Kitson & Trotman Solicitors, Battens Solicitors and Ellis Jones Solicitors are all taking part.
