PEOPLE are being urged to put their best foot forward by taking part in health walks in Weymouth and on Portland.
All walks start at 10:30am.
On Wednesdays, they start from Easton Gardens, Portland, and on Thursdays from the clock side of the advertising drum to the left of the toilets/beach office on Weymouth Promenade.
On Fridays they start from the entrance to the Swannery car park.
A spokesman said: "All the walks are a slow and steady amble and by no means a ramble.
"We have participants with various medical issues and using oxygen and walkers/sticks but we are sure you will find a pace suitable for you.
"Please come along and join the wonderful volunteers and participants for a lovely social walk."
The group has been awarded the Mayor’s Ken Isaacs’ Rose Bowl in recognition of their work in keeping the walks going through the pandemic.
