'Why tell us to recycle more when mine hasn't been collected for a month?'
I have just read the article in the Echo with regards to us recycling more, and find this utterly pointless right now.
How can people do that when our recycling has not been collected for a month and we are having to put stuff in our household waste bins that could otherwise be recycled?
