The Grade II-listed property, based in Gold Hill in Shaftesbury, has been put up for auction with a guide price of £150,000.

Auctioneers Symonds & Sampson say the three-bedroom property would make an ideal new home, second home or holiday let.

The property is on the famous Gold Hill, also known as ‘Hovis Hill’ after director Ridley Scott filmed the 'Boy on Bike' television advert for Hovis bread.
