THE company which runs a popular holiday park in Dorset is celebrating its most successful season of music events called 'weekenders' .
Parkdean will be marking its most successful season of the events with a star-studded line-up at Sandford Holiday Park today and tomorrow with Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Atomic Kitten performing. Comedian Rob Beckett performed last night.

“With large entertainment and activity spaces, and of course fantastic accommodation, our parks are perfectly suited to hosting this kind of event,” said Pete Steadman, head of on park experience at Parkdean Resorts
“Weekenders help extend our season beyond traditional peak periods, and with events ranging from pop and comedy, to ska, hard rock, and darts, there’s something for everyone, meaning we have huge potential to attract new customers.”

The Celebrity Weekender at the site near Holton Heath is one of eleven weekenders organised by the company this year.
