A jazz concert due to be performed at Dorset Museum has been cancelled.
Byron Wallen's Four Corners were set to play on Friday, October 15 but the appearance has now been cancelled because the musicians' tour is no longer possible.
Wallen is widely recognised as a seminal figure in world jazz, trumpeter and composer and was due to perform with his band The Four Corners.
A Dorchester Arts spokesman said: "Conditions for touring artists remain difficult for a number of reasons, and the tour, which was planned some time ago, is now no longer possible.
"We very much hope to welcome Byron back when conditions improve but as a rescheduled date could not be worked out at the moment we will be refunding all tickets."
