AN EVENT looking at the future of town centres in Dorset and showing how they can move forward will be taking place in early November.

Dorchester Civic Society will be hosting the online event on November 2 at 7.30pm with Penny Moss, an associate specialising in retail planning and development.

Ms Moss will give her expert perspective on trends in the development of town centres and examine both the opportunities and challenges facing Dorset towns such as Dorchester and Weymouth.
