A KEY Dorset road was partially blocked earlier today as the result of a collision between a car and a lorry.
The incident occurred on the A35 near the turn-off for the B3162, at Miles Cross, in the west of the county at around 11.30am.
Dorset Police confirmed that there were no reports of injuries with traffic clearing just before 1pm.

A spokesperson for the force said: “We received a report at 11.29am on Tuesday 26 October 2021 of a collision involving a lorry and a car on the A35 at the junction with the B3162 near Bridport.
“Recovery was being arranged for the car.”
Heavy traffic was reported in the area following the collision but levels returned to normal at around 1pm as the collision was cleared.
