A WOMAN from Weymouth who caused £1,820 worth of damage to a taxi has been ordered to pay the same amount in compensation.
Sharon Jane Clark, aged 40, of Chickerell Road, appeared at Weymouth Magistrates Court on Thursday October 21.

Clark pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.
This was in relation to an incident on July 18 in which Clark damaged a Seat Toledo taxi to the value of £1,820 which belonged to Streetcars, Weymouth.
The court ordered Clark to pay the full £1,820 in compensation, paying £20 per month starting from November 18.

Clark was also discharged conditionally for six months.
