Admitted at Weymouth Beach, with intent to cause a police officer harassment, alarm or distress; used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress, and that the offence was racially aggravated. Committed to prison for 2 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months.
