Shandong De Tai off the coast of Weymouth
A LARGE cargo ship has moored in Weymouth Bay.
Shandong De Tai has appeared today just off the coast of Weymouth.
The cargo bulk carrier, which was built in 2021, arrived in Weymouth Bay at 1.53am this morning.
The ship is currently sailing under the flag of Marshall Islands.
It has arrived from Dunkirk East Port, where it was last recorded as being moored at the French port at 10.48am yesterday.
It is not known the ship's next destination or how long it will be moored in Weymouth Bay.
