I HAVE just come from negotiating the new traffic layout, entering Burger King and Aldi at Chickerell.
What a palaver... far too complicated, blind corners, nobody knows who has right of way.
The road layout should have been laid out long before any physical structures were built, and in my view County Hall planners should have thought long and hard even before any soil was disturbed.
As it is with the mini roundabout at the top of Wyke, and on Boot Hill. Drivers get so annoyed with others, sounding their horns, or even gesticulating to fellow drivers, mouthing the usual obscenities. It seems to me the traffic layout is not at all good for purpose.
