A MAN is due to appear in court for trial after being charged with exposing himself to people as young as 14 years old on Portland.
Mark Pittaway, aged 59, of Lighthouse Lodge, Portland Bill Road, is charged with five counts of exposure under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Weymouth Magistrates Court heard how Pittaway pleaded not guilty to the charges, which is alleged to have happened between January 1 2018 to May 3, 2021.
Pittaway was told by the court he will remain on conditional bail until his next court appearance at Weymouth Magistrates Court on March 29 next year.
