TWO fire crews raced to a collision after reports of a person being trapped in a car.
Crews from Bere Regis and Poole were called to Newton Hill, Coombe Keynes, Wareham this morning following reports of a crash.
On arrival, it was discovered a motorist had crashed into a hedgerow.
A spokeswoman from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire Rescue Service said: "Crews from Bere Regis and Poole were called to Newtown Hill, Wareham at 8.43am this morning following reports of a road traffic collision.
"One person was reported trapped.
"On arrival, crews found the incident had involved a single private vehicle and a hedgerow.
"No action was required from our crews other than inspection of the vehicle.
"Our stop came at 9.23am."
Police and ambulance were also in attendance.
