I am a carer/PA for a local lady with cerebral palsy.

In September she booked up to go to Sutton Coldfield for a music concert.

Trains, hotel and parking were also booked as well as passenger assistance at Weymouth Station.

Very close to travelling she was informed of a coach replacement service to Yeovil. We turned up early to board.

Dan from the station was very helpful. But the coach left 23 minutes late and then took us to the wrong station.

We missed our train and all the subsequent connections. We were without a drink for 5 hours.

So beware before booking your trips that you may never arrive at your planned destination. Not to mention that the station car park is closed for the next six weeks.
