The three-bedroom East Court Lodge, based on Radipole Lane in Weymouth, has been put up for auction by 247 Property Auctions with a starting price of £185,000.

Described as a ‘charming chalet bungalow, the brochure’s photos appear to show the property has been claimed by nature, with ivy and plants growing on the bungalow.

The property is currently surrounded by large fencing and its windows and doors have been boarded up.

Inside the property, there are exposed walls, cosmetic damage, and appears to be in need of modernisation.

The brochure states the property could be refurbished and overhauled, but could alternatively be completely redeveloped due to the plot size. This is subject to all necessary consents being obtainable from Dorset Council.

The bungalow’s ground floor contains an entrance vestibule, hallway, kitchen, two reception rooms, bedroom, and bathroom with toilet.

The property is subject to a traditional property auction with bids invited by Friday, December 10 at 11am.

The brochure however notes: "Part of the the existing structure as shown on the map within the photos section does not fall within the title and ownership of East Court Lodge.
