SOUTH Western Railway is inviting its customers to a ‘Meet the Manager’ session where rail users can talk to senior managers about the railway’s services.

SWR's Meet the Manager sessions have continued throughout the pandemic – adapting by conducting sessions virtually.

The next session will be taking place on January 13, 2022 between 3pm and 7pm through Microsoft Teams.

Customers can book a one-to-one session lasting up to 15 minutes by emailing meet.swr@transportfocus.org.uk giving their contact details, their preferred time and the topic they would like to discuss.

Spaces are limited, and customers wishing to take part should request their appointment by no later than January 5.

Operating over 1,500 services each weekday across the network, SWR employs more than 5,000 employees and provides commuter inter-urban, regional and long distance services to passengers in South West London and southern counties of England and Island Line services on the Isle of Wight, as well as providing connectivity to the ports and airports in the region.
