A PORTLAND man is to appear in court for allegedly being in possession of weapons at Portland Port.
James Hey, also known as James Eden, aged 32 and of Clovens Road, denies being in possession of an unloaded air weapon, namely a revolver type air pistol, and a lock knife at Portland Port, Castletown, on June 4 2021.
He admitted a further charge of being in possession of five rolled joints of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B.
Hey was remanded on unconditional bail until February 22 2022, when the case will be heard at Weymouth Magistrates Court.
