RAIL users are experiencing delays as trains are being cancelled this morning between the Weymouth and Bournemouth line due to ice.
South Western Railway has said trains are running at 'reduced speed' due to icy conditions.

As a result of this, trains between Bournemouth and Weymouth have been cancelled - with distruption expected to continue until 11am.

It comes after a yellow weather warning was issued by the Met Office yesterday which said ice is likely this morning across Dorset - with slippery surfaces to be expected.

A spokesman from South Western Railway said: "We’ve been informed of icy rails between Wool and Dorchester South and trains are running reduced speed in the area.
"We have now received an update and disruption to our services is now expected until 11:00.
"Trains may be cancelled, delayed or changed.
"Your journey is likely to take longer. We will let you know if this changes or when we have more information."
