A MAN is due to appear in court for trial in connection with an alleged assault at a popular Dorset seafront cocktail bar.
Jack Anthony Ian Rowland, 22, and of Weymouth, appeared at Weymouth Magistrates Court on Thursday December 2.
He is accused of assault by beating at The Nook on the Esplanade, in Weymouth, on October 31.
Rowland pleaded not guilty to the charge and is due to stand trial at the same court on March 28 2020.
Rowland was given unconditional bail.
