A WEYMOUTH man has been fined for failing to provide information to police regarding the identification of a driver in connection to an alleged offence.
Jason Barker, 31 and of Greenhill, Weymouth, appeared at Exeter Magistrates Court on Thursday December 2 charged with failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required.
Barker pleaded guilty and was handed a £160 fine.
The charge related to October 3 2019 in Crownhill, Plymouth, when Barker failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of offence, when required to Devon and Somerset Police.
The court also handed Barker six points on his driving licence and ordered him to pay £90 in costs and surcharge of £34.
