A MAN has been arrested after a vehicle was reportedly left abandoned on a residential road.
Police officers responded to a report of a vehicle left on East Weare Road at 10.10pm on Saturday night (December 11).
The force say the vehicle was reportedly 'abandoned' on the road and caused some disruption to residents and motorists in the area.
After carrying out investigations, a man was arrested and assisted police officers with their enquiries. The vehicle was meanwhile recovered from the road.

A spokesman for Weymouth and Portland Police thanked residents in the East Weare Road and Harbour View Road area for their patience while the vehicle was removed.
He said: "Portland Neighbourhood Policing Team would like to thank the residents of East Weare Road, and Harbour View Road on Saturday night for their patience whilst we recovered this vehicle.
"The vehicle which was left abandoned in the road at around 10.10pm and caused some minor disruption.
"A male has been arrested and is helping police with their enquiries."
