The Friends of Weymouth Library raised over £150 at their book sale last week.
Thanks to all who donated, bought and helped. Proceeds will go to the Library to enable them to purchase items or run events not in their usual budget.
Dorset Council are currently surveying interested parties and the public on how they we see the future of our county’s library service.
I urge all library users and especially non users to complete the survey.
Paper copies area available from the Library or their preferred method by email. Details from www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/lets-talk-libraries and social media #LetsTalkLibraries.
Participants can be entered into a draw to win a Kindle Paperwhite or an Amazon EchoDot.
Closing date is January 7th. Help protect and enhance our library service, thank you.
