DORSET residents who have not yet had their Covid booster jab will be able to do so over the bank holiday weekend.
Yesterday the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group announced that 82 per cent of eligible people living in Dorset had received their booster.
Anyone who has not yet had their first or second Covid-19 vaccine or their booster is being invited to get theirs this new year.

If you’d like to take up the offer, there are a number of sites you can visit this weekend.
As well as booked appointment slots, there are walk in clinics happening in Dorset in the coming days, including:
- Ashley Heath Pharmacy – 1 January New Year’s Day 9am – 6pm (open 2-3 January as well)
- Kings Park Bournemouth – 2 January – 8am – 8pm
- Kings Park Bournemouth – 3 January – 8am – 8pm
- Vespasian House, Dorchester - 2 January – 8am – 8pm
- Vespasian House, Dorchester - 3 January – 8am – 8pm
- Sentinel House, Poole - 2 January – 8am – 2pm
- Sentinel House, Poole - 3 January – 8am – 2pm
