A HOUSING company operating in Dorset is looking for new talent to join the business through its graduate programme.
Persimmon Homes is on the hunt for people to join its scheme in a bid to ‘support the future growth and development of the business’.
Those who are successful in the application process will take part in a two-year programme covering a variety of pathways, with the company searching for people from all backgrounds that share its business, community and environmental goals.
Madi Pilgrim, Persimmon’s director of talent and diversity, said: “At Persimmon our role goes far beyond construction and property development.
“We are focused on maintaining a sustainable business that cares about the community, customers and employees.
“Growth comes through challenge and we offer our graduates responsibility early in their career while at the same time lots of support from senior mentors across the business.”
Further information about the graduate scheme and details on how to apply can be found via the website Bright Network.
