Community order made: Must abstain from consuming any alcohol throughout a period of 90 days. Must remain under a curfew for 2 days and and co-operate with any reasonable instructions for the monitoring equipment to be fitted. Must participate in rehabilitation activity. Also admitted assaulting a second individual by beating him, at Westham Road, Melcombe Regis, Weymouth.
