LEE JAMES DOLBEAR, aged 48, of no fixed address. Admitted, at Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth, being an individual to whom a community protection notice had been issued and failed to comply with the notice by being heavily intoxicated in a public place.

Also admitted, at Weymouth Police Station, assaulted an emergency worker, namely a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker, by beating them. To pay compensation of £100. Also admitted, at Weymouth Police Station, assaulted an emergency worker, namely a special constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker, by beating them. BRIAN LEE STOTT, aged 53, of Verne Road, Weymouth. Admitted, at Custom House Quay, Weymouth, assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police community support officer, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him.

Community order to include treatment for alcohol dependency and 40 hours unpaid work within the next twelve months. To pay compensation of £100.

CHRISTOPHER JOSEPH KIMPTON, aged 37, of Canberra Road, Weymouth. Admitted, without reasonable excuse, attending the home address of an individual; contacting her on a number of occasions and engaging in a conversation with her, whilst prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order.

Fined £800. To pay victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85. Also admitted contacting an individual via text message on 3 occasions without reasonable excuse whilst prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order. No separate penalty.

PORTLAND

JACK SAMUEL GOODE, aged 29, of Clarence Road, Portland. Admitted driving a motor vehicle on A3049 Dorset Way, Poole, at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour travelling at 82mph. Fined £120. To pay victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £60. Driving record endorsed with 6 penalty points.
