DORSET and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service rescued a bull from a bog in the Purbeck area today.
The fire service were called to the incident near Middlebere Heath in Arne, on April 23 at 12:13pm.
The crew from Wareham, along with an animal rescue team from Poole rescued the bull, which was stuck in bogland and led it to safety.
A spokesperson from Wareham Fire Station, said: "One fire engine was sent to a bull stuck in a muddy bog at Arne.
"We were assisted by Poole Technical Rescue and with some effort managed to rescue the bull out of its predicament."
