Charlotte, from Our Dorset’s Wellbeing Service, was on hand to offer a variety of free wellbeing services and spoke to staff about how they could best be supported and Jonathan, from Cool Coffee Cart, was serving up lattes and hot chocolate as part of the ‘Hug in a Mug’ campaign promoting positive mental wellbeing.

Paul Pippard, Deputy Manager at the care home, said: ‘What a fantastic treat for us all: such a lovely idea and we are excited about what lays ahead with the connections that we have made today. I would love to see some wellbeing workshops held here at Trinity Manor for the team. Happy staff equals happy residents so we are definitely keen to link in with some of their services. A huge thank you to Charlotte and Jonathan for the fantastic ‘pick-me-up’, the drinks have been a big hit.’

Sohail Daniel, Senior General Manager, said: ‘What a fantastic treat it is to see Charlotte and Jonathan. The staff have loved this little caffeine break and really appreciate that someone has thought of them in this way, it has really made the team smile today. It has been a tough couple of years and even just something as simple as a coffee has really lifted spirits and encouraged them to chat and support each other. It’s been brilliant!’
