TWO men who were arrested following reports that they were fighting have been taken to hospital.
Officers said they received a call at 2.39pm today of a fight involving two men in Lennox Street, Weymouth.
The two men were arrested and taken to hospital for treatment.
A spokesman for Weymouth & Portland Police said: "Response Officers have just been deployed to the area of Lennox Street, Weymouth after a number of reports of two males fighting. Officers attended and arrested both males for Public Order Offences."
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "Dorset Police received a report at 2.39pm on Thursday 23 June 2022 of a fight involving two men in Lennox Street in Weymouth. Officers attended and two men were arrested at the scene. They have both been taken to hospital for treatment."
