A ship once described as “Asia’s most expensive cruise” docked in Portland earlier this morning.

The Seven Seas Voyager arrived from Southampton just before 7am with 754 passengers on board.

Registered out of Nassau, Bahamas, the ship is operated by Regent Seven Seas Cruises and has been in service since 2003.

A Forbes article once listed the Asia leg of the Voyager’s world cruise as ‘the most expensive cruise in the Asia region’.

The ship itself has 12 decks and measures 206.5m long: it boasts that every cabin on board is a suite complete with a balcony.

Seven Seas Voyager will depart Portland Port at around 4pm this afternoon.
