Generic picture of Weymouth beach by the pier bandstand
I would like to know if anyone else is appalled by the state of Weymouth beach at the pier bandstand end.
Soon holidaymakers will have to mow it. There is grass growing in patches along the whole area. Why has this area not been managed like the rest of the beach?
It is a very bad view for the hotels along that section of the Esplanade and does not give the right impression to any visitors to the town.
Please can someone at the council address this issue urgently and don’t tell me that it hasn’t been managed due to the Covid pandemic because I am getting rather tired of that old excuse.
