A fun-filled day for the whole family is in store at a village fete near Dorchester this weekend.
West Stafford Village Fete and Dog Show will take place in the grounds of Stafford House on Saturday, July 2 from 12 noon to 4pm.
There will be plenty of entertainment on offer including a falconry display, a duck race and a blacksmith display. Music will come from a cellist and the Mother Ukers will perform.
Visitors can also enjoy the Mini Wise Man pub, vintage cars, Step in Time, craft stalls, coconut shy, an afternoon tea tent and much more.
Advance purchase tickets are available from the Wise Man Inn in the village at £5 for adults and £2 for children and on the gate cost £6.50 for adults or £3 for children.
