A man has been hit with a dispersal notice by Weymouth & Portland Police following reports of anti-social behaviour.
Officers from Weymouth Neighbourhood Policing Team along with Professional Development Unit Officers issued the Section 35 notice to a man who was causing Anti Social Behaviour along the Esplanade.
Under the terms of the notice, the man has been told to leave the area for a period of 12 hours and will be liable for arrest if he returns before then.
