A BRAND-new programme of open-air concerts will be coming to The Tank Museum at Bovington across three nights this weekend.

The concerts will take place at the Dorset attraction's outdoor event arena from Friday July 22 to Sunday July 24.

Audiences can expect a different tribute act performing each evening.

Waterloo - The Best of ABBA, which looks back at the sensational rise to stardom of the Swedish pop group ABBA, will kick things off on Friday July 22, with a full live cast and band, costumes, and choreography.

Queen Rhapsody, the ultimate live concert experience paying tribute to Queen, will take place on Saturday July 23.

Queen Rhapsody recreates the majesty of rock's greatest ever band. This all-new live spectacle aims to recreate the energy, showmanship, and emotion of a classic Queen concert, performing hits from every decade of Queen's musical legacy.

On Sunday July 24, ELO Again will be the final act. The show celebrates Jeff Lynne and the Electric Light Orchestra's truly universal music, giving a taste of what an ELO concert would have been like back in their heyday.

All of the big hits will be professionally re-enacted, complete with sound reproduction, light show, and visual effects.

Chris Jenkins, director of MRC Presents, said: "We're delighted to be bringing our brand-new Open Air Concerts concept to such an iconic Dorset venue.

"Each show celebrates a legendary music act with a broad appeal across the three nights.

"Early sales have been encouraging and we look forward to delivering three fantastic nights of outdoor entertainment as we bring these theatre-quality productions to a very different setting."
